 Topfond founded a quality control system strictly according to GMP and ISO9001, 2000. By improving the quality control system, innovating the management and technology and controlling producing process, we manufacture high quality medicine, which is safe, efficient, average and stable. And we satisfy customers with high-quality-low-price products.
In order to carry out the quality management policy successfully, we built up a Quality Section to supervise the quality of the products. Under the Quality Section, there have Quality Assessment (QA) and Quality Control (QC). We adopt three steps to supervise the quality: group supervise, workshop supervise and Quality Section supervise. Besides, we improve the quality control system step by step. For example, we shaped 68 items of regulations and 840 items of operating regulations like Duty Regulation of Products Quality, Analysis Regulation, Accident Report Regulation, Customer Visit Regulation, Quality Auditing Regulation, etc. And we self-supervise our GMP every year, rectify the rejects to guarantee the high-quality. |
 We now have a strong quality inspection system, for we have 157 quality inspectors, which take 7.6% of the staff. Of 1 senior specialist, 35 junior specialists, 60 technicians came from junior college, and 15 technicians came from university. In order to guarantee 100% qualification rate, we built 2 laboratories and workshop semi-finished goods and finished products inspection centers to inspect raw material, semi-finished products and finished products batch by batch. Moreover, we spend millions of RMB to import advanced quality inspection equipments. We have imported a batch of equipments from U.S.A. Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, Nicolet and Japan Shimadzu, such as, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, GC/IR Spectrometer, etc. With the specialized inspectors, advanced equipments and hard-working staff, we manufacture the first-class and reliable products. |
 We manage and control every tache of the manufacture strictly according to the GMP, for the good quality depends on the combination of quality inspection and manufacture management. In 2000, we invested 40 million to build up the Injection Workshops and successfully got the GMP certificate issued by State Pharmaceutical Inspection Administration. (Certificate No. B0730). In 2002, we invested 100 million to build an Oral Solid Preparation Workshop in which we produce 6.8 billion troches and capsules annually. Together with the new founded Ointment Workshop and Raw Material Medicine Workshop, we got the GMP certificate issued by State Pharmaceutical Inspection Administration (certificate No. E2396). At present, we are preparing to pass ISO9001: 2000 Quality system. We plan to get ISO9001 Quality Management System certificate in 2003. |
